You can return your order within 30 days of delivery of your order.

Please note:

• The jewelry must be in its original condition , or completely new and unworn
• The return shipment must be made within 30 days of delivery of the order
• Individually made orders , e.g. jewelry with names on it, are excluded from returns
• The costs for return shipping are borne by the customer or will be retained from the refund (5.95€)
• The amount will be refunded using the original payment method used for purchase
